Interior Renovation
Full renovation inside a brick building built in 1913. This 1200sf ground level loft was completely renovated from ground up into a 1 bedroom with european style master suite. Features include a working space, lots of room for entertaining and a chef's kitchen. It was torn to studs with new plumbing, electrical, hvac. We exposed the brick, storefront steel beam and restructured all the termite damaged woood below.
